No Bluetooth device but "pairing " required?
This remote is only described as IR (infrared only) but the tiny instruction manual that came with it says 'pair' with your Apple TV. It makes no sense. Infrared remote controls do not need to be paired. Sometimes they need to be adjusted (e.g. to choose a TV brand) but they don't need to be paired. But the manual for it says you need to pair - and wait for certain icons to appear on screen, implying Bluetooth capability. I tried to pair my device with an Apple TV 4K but I couldn't see the icons on the screen.
