I grind fresh garlic every day. I have 4 dogs and 2 people who eat a serving of this every day. I used one of those complex tongs that look like the single handle models and I was afraid to use them. it took so long I took a chance with this much simpler design because I felt I had nothing to lose and I'm so glad I did! I'm amazed at how easy it is and yet perfectly crushes garlic cloves in seconds. This saves me 10 minutes a day compared to the old pliers. I don't usually try to write such a detailed review unless I really like a product. I highly recommend this to everyone!
