Easy to unbox. Just cut the straps and the sides of the box will lift up. You don't need to cut the box. Easy installation with window vent. Relatively quiet in operation and cools well. BUT. We made them work all night. Woke up with water on the floor! Little did we know that the bottom of the device was broken. When I turned the device over to inspect the underside, a very large crack was evident. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement straight away. I put the broken one in a box with new ones, printed a label and UPS picked it up at our house. The new device works great, we are very satisfied.
