Using a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ running Hass.io Home Assistant OS I got this unit working and paired it with a couple of Zigbee devices (Sylvania Smart Plug and Visonic window/door/temp sensor). I had to add the following lines at the end of the configuration.yaml file: zwave: usb_path: /dev/ttyUSB0zha: usb_path: /dev/ttyUSB1 database_path: /config/zigbee.db Note that two spaces are required before usb_path and database_path . lines, indentation is critical in .yaml files. I'm posting this information here because it wasn't clear from the existing HA documentation if this would work or how it would work. I haven't tried Z-Wave yet, but HA recognized the device, so I think it will work.
