This part will NOT fit 2001 RAM 1500, Laramie 2WD, 5.9L V8. If you are planning on buying this part for this truck, change your plans as it is nowhere near correct. If you are putting this part on a 2001 Ram 1500, Laramie 2WD, 5.9L V8, don't assume that the 1.5" clearance needs to be present on the shaft itself, BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT BE THERE.
- Prevents abrasives, corrosive moisture and other harmful contaminants from entering cars
