I have a size 4 foot but often wear a size 5 or 5.5 depending on the shoe. I have both a 5 and 5.5 to try both and if they fit keep both. None of them matched. Size 5 was so difficult to put on and as soon as I put it on my foot I choked. Size 5.5 fit well and I ran a mile on a treadmill to try them out and they were so tight at the top it hurt. .
