I've tried repairing a few different parts over the years with different types of glue, resin, epoxy and most of them worked temporarily but it only seems having increased thickness making it difficult for the piece to fit properly. Wow, it was lighter than me though and seemed to hold the pieces together very solidly and tightly within seconds. Just for a little extra strength I added a layer of flexible sealer over it when I was done and covered it with plastic. Looks and feels like a new OEM and I don't have to spend $50 on a used part that is no longer in production and will probably fail in a few years.
