It makes the documentation a lot easier and gives more insight on what goes where. Nothing i wish for, they've been great with updates and fixing some problems that arose from the release of a few new modules. Also some customer support issues arose when i was first creating documents but they were resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend. It makes documentation and tracking a lot easier and also makes sure the regulations are followed along the way. The ability to track everything from a simple phone call to a prescription renewal. I love the ability to create custom fields and reports. I dislike that there are still minor bugs and issues that need to be worked out. I wish there was a better way to track the process of a prescription renewal. The benefits of being able to track everything from a phone call to a prescription renewal.
