These cables are great. My wife and I have dozens of Anker products in our home and car - chargers, cables, batteries, BT headphones, BT speakers. Anker products are reliable and work well. Otherwise we would not be loyal to the brand. So it really was a rare exception when one of our cables found a weak point next to the USB-C connector. Contacting Anker was very easy and they responded immediately. They sent a replacement under warranty with no problems.
