Sent me a used, broken paddle pretending it was a new one
The pedal seems OK, but it has obviously been used. There are scratches on the handle, damage on the inside of the shaft, and when I shake the shaft, something loose and broken is rattling around inside of it. (Whatever it is, there’s no way to get it out.)Frankly, I do not trust the product or the ethics of a company that would send me a defective, obviously used product when I paid for a new one. I hope they enjoy paying the shipping cost both ways on this product when I return it.
- Haven't used it much yet, but grip feels great and it's a lot lighter than my original paddle.
- Too much flex - feels like it will break when used with liberal force.
