I just love it. A friend has one and he uses it for a lot of things in his kitchen so I had to buy one. Not only does it cut bread dough perfectly, but it also helps to place cut foods in pans or bowls. He's very tough and I like that. Works well with dough on the counter or cutting board. Just perfect. I have other flexible scrapers that don't work when I need to cut dough, too much flexibility can be a bad thing too. I love that I can get the color red to match other kitchen appliances.
