Replacing standard teflon tubing with good quality teflon tubing is a great way to upgrade your printer, but in some cases the upgrade may go unnoticed. When you get tighter tolerances and higher heat resistance, you get prints with more consistent extrusion and thermal block extrusion leak protection. It will pay off in the future if you start thinking you have injector problems even though your bowden cable is just letting you down. Leave a few inches of extra tubing (don't go too far) so you can pull tubing out of the hot end every now and then and snip just enough to keep everything straight, saving you money on bad molds and wasting time on that ponder than the problem between the coil and the finished product. If you just bought an Ender printer or other inexpensive (but great) printer, do yourself a favor and upgrade it by adding it to your short mod list.
