I wash dishes by hand and have been doing this for several years. I have big hands so most kitchen utensils seem too small and not easy to wring out, so I prefer big bar mop style clothes - like they use, well... at the bar to wipe down the counters and similar. The ones I bought are no longer available so I had to test a few before I found these. They work very well. Maybe a little more than we would like, but it's a lot better than not having enough. They shrunk a bit after the first wash and dry, so bear that in mind when buying them to use as drying towels. This isn't really what a wipe is used for and I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose. Also, they seem to be made well enough that they should last a long time. Also, I have a dozen and only six have been commissioned and the rest are in storage. If you are looking for a bar wipe for the purposes outlined here, this will fit.
