I just bought this foot reflexology roller, it arrived as expected. Someone I know had the same thing and thought it was good at the time. I am currently having an irritation on the left side of my foot arch which is connected to my spleen. So I need it for circulation, massage and foot stimulation. I think that's a good way to invoke and bring out the excitement. It is a comfortable product and an attractive natural looking piece of wood. I like the mid shaft with more prominent massage points for the arches. I hope this works well for my current situation. I will update if anything changes.
