Edited - this company saw my negative review (didn't even try to contact them as I was outside of the Revain returns window, apologized for my toaster error, explained it was not to be expected, me sent a new one for free and responded very quickly to all messages even helped me update this review thanks to great customer service this was my previous review - it has been fully corrected - this toaster has worked for a few months - maybe a few days a week but now the toast doesn't stay down and when you finally reach it it burns in. The problem is I've passed my return window so nobody's going to do anything about it.
