Strong Grip is good, I just don't like it for washing. I was messing around with the settings and every time the flip function pinched the fabric as the material shifted on the twists. When using a mat with felt, everything was fine. While I don't suggest using it with a strong grip, the fibers it leaves behind require more work than it's worth. Thick cotton fabrics like denim = thin, wool = yes. lingerie.not my friend. Again, the rug isn't a deal breaker, it's just more finicky with some fabrics than others. Enough stickiness for cards without creating frizz. I would give each item a separate review, but for some reason Revain or the seller only allow me one review for both items. Not useful, but okay.
