Works great in tools and equipment

I have an Elitech smart vacuum pump that worked well so I ordered their AC manifold gauge to replace an old manifold kit that was damaged. Since my experience with Elitech's other product was positive, I assumed this product would be good as well. I was not disappointed. This is a well built and solid collector. What sets this set apart is the digital gauges. I wasn't sure how well the sensors would perform or if I would even like them compared to traditional analog sensors, but I like them a lot more. It is much easier to read measurements with digital meters. I no longer have to count the bars to get a reading; Instead, they are clearly displayed on the gauges. And because I can set the unit, I don't have to worry about reading the correct scale. There are times when I need to measure on a scale other than PSI, so this is a useful feature to avoid reading sensors incorrectly. Readings are updated every 1.2 seconds, allowing time to observe readings before they change as the compressor cycles on and off. According to the Elitech website, this kit is suitable for at least 90 different refrigerants. The kit includes a manifold, two standard automotive connectors, two R410A adapters, a canister tap (not for conventional gas cylinders), three 4.1" hoses, a valve key, a carrying case and a manual. There were two R410A adapters in my kit, although only one is listed and listed on their website. Either I got a bonus by getting two, or all sets contain two and the list is wrong. The manual does not contain any operation instructions other than the operation of the pressure gauge knob. The body is the typical blown body found in every gauge set. The hoses and fittings appear to be of good quality. The operation of this manifold kit is the same as any other, except for the pressure gauges. You can set the refrigerant type, pressure unit and temperature unit. By setting the refrigerant type, the gauges will display the saturation temperature at the current pressure reading. The pressure gauges record the minimum and maximum pressure values, each of which can be accessed by pressing the appropriate button. To extend battery life, you can enable the auto-off feature, which turns off the sensor after 15 minutes of inactivity and constant pressure. This is useful when performing vacuum tests with gauges connected for long periods of time. When switched off, pressing the power button displays the current readings. There is a zero button that must be pressed before connecting to the system. Finally, there's a backlight feature that keeps the display on for six seconds.
