I used this hand blender from Redmond once and it worked great. Its four titanium-coated blades sank into a moldy cheese dressing I made myself. The speed is easy to adjust, which prevents the mixture from splashing around the kitchen and me. The blades are washed off quickly, the handle fits comfortably in the hand. It blends, beats, grinds and whips with dishwasher safe milk frother, whisk, hand blender, chopper and measuring cup. For the beginner cook on a budget, this is a great hand blender.
