Less than an hour after I placed my order for the 36 x 18 x 24 box, I received an email stating that UPS was abusing their packaging with return and back order instructions. Came with a broken plate. Big surprise. I tried to get them to send me a replacement plate because it would be a hassle to pack this thing up and haul it to the UPS (it weighs over 60 pounds and is almost the size of the cage). YOU HAVE NO PARTS! They told me to go to Lowe and cut out the glass pane. The glass in the unit is thick/tempered glass which Lowe's does not have. Lowe sent me to a glass shop in town. The same thing. Nobody sells this type of glass. I spent 4 hours of my time running and jumping through hoops. Now I have to spend the evening putting the thing back together. Then I have to load it into my SUV and take it to UPS tomorrow. It looks good but has many issues that will require you to spend extra money to get around. No background to cover the cables, no handles on the doors. Both doors open at the same time - there is no locking mechanism. Not enough holes for cords etc. There is no anti-fog lens system. It's just a big beautiful glass box that will probably be taken apart. Don't buy that thing. Buy ExoTerra. This is junk AND THEY HAVE NO PARTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Who builds something and has no spare parts? I also bought her wallpaper and it ended up being broken into small pieces. What was left looked like someone had printed on an inkjet printer with low ink levels. waste of time and money.
