Update on 12/21/21. After missing messages with the company we finally connected. They sent me a brand new one no charge. So happy to get the trampoline back into my workout routine. I’ve missed it. Thanks so much to them for going above and beyond.Update on this review. I emailed the company and never got a response. I was answered here on the review but have no way of responding to it. Not sure how to get in touch other then email and still waiting on response.Have been using this since June and it was working great even though it was squeaky but I don’t mind that. I only weigh 165lbs and it says up to 400lbs. Went to jump Monday and the tabs holding the springs just ripped off. Very disappointed. I’ve contacted the company and will see what they do. I’ll keep you posted.
