I really like being able to use a dual screen for my work computer. I can write my notes on one screen and participate in telemedicine on a dual screen. The audio on this screen is not adjustable and is very quiet, requiring you to plug in a headset to hear the other party. It's a bit smaller than my other screen and therefore slightly distorted, but that's a minor complaint. I had it for about 8 months when my cable broke and its end got stuck in my Mac. I was able to safely unplug the rest of the plug and get in touch with customer service who was amazing. They replaced the cable with no problems, I received it quickly and it's working again. I couldn't be happier with the support team's quick response in resolving the issue.
