Review on Clinevo EDC by Edgardo Ennis

I like that it is very user friendly for new users as well those who are already familiar with our CRM systems! It's simple but powerful at once - allowing us access from any location where we do not want/need an internet connection via mobile apps or other devices in addition of web browser!! Sometimes there can be some lag time between when you click "next" button after entering information into cliveo compared what was actually entered by your staff member? This sometimes causes confusion during audits which makes me feel uncomfortable because my team has been trained specifically how each step should work so this does cause minor frustration however overall i think its great product & would recommend over others if used correctly!
