Total waste of money
I purchased this connector for my electrical project, and it was a complete disappointment. According to my experience in Tools and Home Improvement, it did not work well on my multimode fiber optic cables. The polishing was subpar and caused a lot of signal loss, which in turn led to a drop in speed. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that it was relatively easy to install. However, that single pro doesn't make up for the cons that came with it. Overall, I do not recommend this connector.
- Easy to install and ready to use right out of the package
- Requires specific tools to terminate the fibers, which can increase the overall cost of installation.
