I would give this company and their mouthwash 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered 3 packs of toothpaste and 2 packs of mouthwash in June. I only started using it a few weeks after receiving it as I was using leftovers from my regular toothpaste (Desert Essence Tea Tree and Neem Wintermint). As soon as I started using this product, I immediately noticed that my mouth didn't feel very fresh after using it, and after about an hour I didn't feel like brushing my teeth at all. He claims to bleach, in fact it doesn't, he's made her look slightly "spotted". The biggest issue I had was that despite their claim that they are good for sensitivity, I had an extremely negative reaction. My teeth became hypersensitive, severe pain when I ate/drank anything hot or cold. I've never had sensitivity problems. I contacted the company directly through their website on August 20th to try to request a refund and give them an opportunity to fix things. To date they have not responded. If they expressed concerns about what their product was doing to me, or at least responded, I would acknowledge my concerns and at least commend the company for the good customer service. Unfortunately it isn't. I highly recommend Essence of the Desert. I have struggled with gum problems for years, regularly undergoing surgeries, gum transplants and even laser treatments. It wasn't until I discovered Desert Essence Tea Tree that my oral health improved. I will NEVER step out of the way again.
