All push button locks are broken including service replacement cstmr

Ordered 4 punches F40 LAT 622 CEN for bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. They are equipped with a snap button closure. ALL are defective. The hardware is great and they're all easy to install. I cannot recommend them due to faulty locking mechanisms. Schlage really disappointed me. ***Update*** Customer Service sent me a replacement. BUT they also deteriorated after two days of work! I suggest you find another privacy push button lever as this one is just FAULTY. I'm taking cost as a lesson in buying doorknobs online and Schlage has to adopt that too because I won't be buying their crappy door locks (unfortunately because I've had Schlage locks for 30 years - just wanted an updated look).
