I did return the skirt because it was too big, but because the size chart seems inaccurate. Ordered based on reviews, which were also mixed. I'm 5'4", 225lbs and normally wear a size 18 Misses/16W. I ordered 5x in black. Although the skirt fits and doesn't fall down, I could definitely go for a 4X, maybe even 3X because of the elastic. I think , 5X could probably go up to at least a 22, maybe even 24 if you're not apple-shaped. At 5ft 4" the skirt was about an inch or two below my knees, which is what I wanted, so count if you're taller. He definitely has a "fluff" which I wanted. All in all it seems a decent skirt for the price and it's great for a variety of occasions, if you don't mind a little 'extra' I will most likely order a size down.
