I did return the skirt because it was too big, but because the size chart seems inaccurate. Ordered based on reviews, which were also mixed. I'm 5'4", 225lbs and normally wear a size 18 Misses/16W. I ordered 5x in black. Although the skirt fits and doesn't fall down, I could definitely go for a 4X, maybe even 3X because of the elastic.
