In the name of all things feminine, fun and flirty. Buy this ROCK! like a puppy spinning around; and finally walking around saying "I'm a princess" with a pseudo-crooked lisp!. Why am I giving this disclaimer? Because I did all that and more in just one wear! The skirt has received many compliments and viewers! 9" 190 lbs with a 34" waist. I ordered XL, although L would have been fine, the belt is forgiving, but I wanted a pronounced "pull-up effect". I really LOVE this skirt and my only doubt is true. The problem with this skirt right now is that I have to find new events/occasions to wear it!π©π©π©
