The chair was easy enough to put together but it doesn’t latch or screw into place which makes it seem not as sturdy as you’d hope. Also, assuming it’s for an older person, the remote for the heat and massage has tiny writing and buttons. All in all it’s a nice chair and we’ll keep it. Just pointing out those things…
