One of the 3 rolls in the package was defective. Just a small part of the last roll. I contacted the company directly and sent photos and offered to send the defective part, 4 days later I received a whole pack of replacement rolls. You apologized a lot. This is exactly what I wanted for my shoe closet. They are bright. Beautiful. I appreciate the customer service from the company that sells them.
