The service is very easy to use for newbies as well experienced marketers who are looking at their digital presence in search engines like Google/Bing etc., We have used this platform since last 3-4 years now but we were not happy about its UI or user interface so there was no point of using it because you cannot trust yourself from getting good results over here! I am sure if they improve upon these aspects then maybe people will be more attracted towards them rather than disliking what's present currently!! There should definitely try something different when designing products which can attract customers easily through multiple channels instead just focusing solely onto one channel i mean SEO alone. Also make your product unique by adding features related directly into customer needs otherwise nothing else matters. !
