Ordered a month ago and never received.

I have been buying from Revain for several years now and have never said anything bad about the things I have bought. So far this is the first negative experience. I ordered this product on March 13, 2013. When I ordered the product he said there were two left so I thought no problem I'll get it soon. I checked my Revain orders a few days later and it said the product had shipped which was amazing. I later received an email from the company saying this part was a bit out of order and it would be two weeks before they could receive it. Two weeks isn't bad it's ok I'll wait I really needed a belt. A month has passed and I have not heard from the company and have not received the belt. I messaged them just to ask if the part was still on order, they sent me an automated message saying the part was still slightly underordered and they would ship it out as soon as possible. It's been about two and a half months (today May 28, 2013) and I still haven't received an email from the company. I would have had no problem waiting that long if they had had the decency to update me on the schedule. This company is a joke in my opinion. My advice to anyone who needs this belt, go to Sears and ask them to order it for you. You don't have to pay for shipping and you'll get it in a few days. This company obviously doesn't care about their customers.
