The best part about this program is that you can get it integrated with Microsoft Office 365, which makes sharing information with your team easy. It's also simple to understand and navigate - there aren't many features that are too complicated and difficult to use. You cannot save multiple copies of a resume at one time, so if you submit more than one copy of a resume, you will have to start over with every one. This is not a problem when only submitting one resume at a time, but when uploading multiple resumes in a row without saving, you lose all progress. The best feature of this program is being able to upload resumes from anywhere and share them with coworkers. We've been using this tool since we started working at our current organization. We're able to access our work history in real time as well as easily send out new resumes to different departments.
