Worked once can't get it to work again

The product worked very well the first time, right out of the box. I did a calibration test to make sure it was on target and within 0.01 of the target. Unfortunately, the product hasn't worked since then. I've tried cleaning with distilled water, but the result still doesn't show up correctly. If there was more detailed troubleshooting information, the product could possibly work again.
