Purchased to back up our Samsung Note 9 and S9 Plus with 256GB and 512GB SD cards. MUST be compatible with these devices. No phone recognized the hard drive. I connected my current Windows 10 laptop as well as a desktop and neither device recognized the drive. Downloaded the SanDisk Storage Zones app but the drive is still not recognized. So I returned this failed drive for a replacement. I bought it on September 29th, returned it on October 7th and today, November 2nd, I am still waiting for the replacement. The order status is listed as "pending". I bought it for $179. Soon after, the price rose to $240. I feel like they are playing a game with me. Delay until the order is canceled so that they do not incur additional costs. Meanwhile, I can't back up thousands of photos and documents on our phones.
