I almost got it back.
I was so disappointed when I received this earring holder for my 8 year old daughter's birthday. There were scratches and burn marks everywhere, and he wasn't sitting directly on the clouds. Then we realized that we need to remove the plastic cover first. After we removed everything, everything was perfect! I'm glad I didn't send it back!
