To be honest, it was one of my best purchases. I saw comments about the bag leaking after a while but I had no problems. Bought in late April, now almost mid-June. I literally just finished a 5 mile hike and went out for lunch. I returned to my car with a puddle of water in the passenger seat. Somehow the bag started to leak. I used it super often. I go for walks several times a week, I even use it around the house when I'm too lazy to fill up my water bottle. But as stated in the comments, the straw at the bottom of the bag is now leaking. I don't see any visible holes or clear signs that it has separated, but the water is definitely and quickly leaking. It's also been a few days since my returns and refunds cycle like the other comments mentioned. I recommend a backpack, but the water bag itself won't last long. upset.
