At first I hated this bag. The hand straps didn't seem right for the average person, but after using them a few times I found that the loops were designed for comfortably holding the bike handlebars. The bag is not big and not small, just right! It's the perfect size for a large wallet, bike pump, tube, keys, etc. However, I gave it a low rating because the bladder is complete rubbish. My expectations were definitely met and exceeded. I bought it to take short (5-8) hikes. Holds my raincoat (I live in Florida after all), IFAK, snacks, extra socks, etc. I filled my bladder to check for leaks but it came out sealed pretty well.
