The best part is that you can use it free of cost while using their paid version which has more features like advanced reporting etc. You need to be updated with all new updates in order to keep up with changes made at other end so as i am getting notifications regarding this but not sure how helpful they are since I don't have experience handling such products yet. Since we started working together there's been lots of improvements where before everything was manual work, now I feel much better about my job knowing what tasks needs attention.
