My problem was solved with tools and equipment.
My Chrysler Sebring had a small but annoying coolant leak in one place , which I could not safely reach with the engine running. I connected the tester, found it and fixed it in 15 minutes. Justifies the price of this tool. This is not a store quality tool. The cap adapters are fine, the pump is a bit flimsy, but I would highly recommend it for the self-taught crafter "Harry the Homeowner" who does the occasional shade tree project.
- TOOLS REQUIRED: A manual pump leak detection tool pressurizes the reservoir and monitors the drop of the needle over time to confirm a leak in the system. If there is a crack in the cooling system, the water in the tank will come out under pressure, indicating the point of rupture, e.g. B. tank, hose, loose connection, etc. Check regularly, repair in time, avoid coolant leakage Temperature drop and spot boiling, high engine temperature, low oil viscosity and other serious problems
