The ability to have multiple users at once, so we can all work together from home instead of having everyone come into our office! I also like that it keeps track automatically when someone leaves or joins an open file/document (we sometimes forget).

It would be great if there was some way you could see how many people are currently using their account as well.- Ability not always syncs properly with my Microsoft Outlook calendar- Sometimes takes forever before files sync again after being closed out by another user; this is very frustrating because they don't know what's going wrong until AFTERWARDS AND IT'S HARD TO KNOW HOW LONG THE FILE WILL BE OUT OF SYNC FOR UNTIL YOU REOPEN.
