Only works at 60 fps, 50 ohm input jack

I needed a PTZ camera about 100 feet from my computer. I used the camera at 1280 x 720p at 30 fps. This recording device received no signal, only black. I had to switch the camera to 60 fps and THEN it worked great. Another issue was the SDI input connector. It's a 50 ohm connector, but the SDI spec says 75 ohms. This impedance mismatch definitely degrades signal integrity. For short distances (e.g. less than 20 feet) this isn't a problem, but for the 100 feet I wanted to use it's a big problem. There is another issue with the input jack, it doesn't stick out very far. enough, the BNC connector doesn't go in far enough to "snap in". I tried a few cables and they all had the same problem. That means if a lot of force was applied to the cable, he could just pull the cable out. It didn't happen to me, but it could. It just seems very odd that the connector doesn't snap into place. "No drivers, just works" is partly true, in fact it doesn't need any drivers, Windows 10 just picked it up with no problems. But unless I'm running at 30fps I wouldn't consider it "just works". There's another problem, I had to plug it directly into the USB3 port on the back of the motherboard, it didn't work through the USB3 hub. I have several USB3 hubs, some bus powered and some externally powered, and none of them worked. I had to buy a much longer USB3 male to male cable (which are not too common) to get to the back of the computer. In summary, this works well for short-range SDI as long as you're running at 60fps. If you try to run long distances, don't even think about it. For a game system where everything is in the same room and runs at 60 fps, this will probably work just fine.
