I bought a meat thermometer a few years ago and was very disappointed with how long it took to get a reading. Watching the numbers slowly rise to temperature was excruciatingly slow. With the Airmsen Instant Read Digital Thermometer I don't have to wait, readings are taken within seconds. I can't speak to the accuracy but I tried it in three different water temperatures and they all read differently and seemed accurate. As mentioned, the default display is in Celsius, but the Fahrenheit altitude display is just a button away. I've only had it for a few weeks but I look forward to using it for the months to come!
