All in all a decent product. I used it to dice potatoes a few days ago. Reusability is good, yes. However, this is a very unstable plastic that could hardly cope with the potatoes I cut for it. I have a feeling that this item will break if overused for a few months. I cook a lot so if you like something that lasts longer and is stronger I would recommend another. Plastic is very cheap and definitely not the best for the job it's supposed to do. Avoid using on tougher fruits or vegetables. Next to. This is a good start
