Very quiet CPU cooler!

This beauty has been cooling my 3700x for 2 months now. It is absolutely silent (my system is not overclocked) and runs at a frequency of 900 rpm. The few times I've stressed my processor and cranked the Arctic up to 1800 rpm for testing, I still can barely hear it, and that's because I purposely put my ear to the case. great, fits in my old HAF X case Cons: Installation on AMD mainboards is VERY DIFFICULT! With the heatsink installed first, I had to lay the case on its side with the motherboard already installed and place a thick hardback encyclopedia under the case to keep the CPU cooler mount facing towards the arctic pump/cold plate. (Luckily my case has a big hole behind the CPU area on the motherboard). Without anything to hold the AMD CPU cooler mounting bracket to the back of the motherboard, you definitely need someone else's help. Tubing to contend with as they only want to bend to one side when trying to align the screw holes to mount the pump to your processor.

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Negative gift
