UPDATE: The reason I changed my review is because I kept it for a month and got my bill. It's not $10 a month from AT&T like the store told me. They charged me $89. The reason is that it has its own phone number which makes it look like a cell phone and charges full price. Had to cancel because it's too much. This makes this watch unusable for me. I bought this clock for my 7 year old daughter who likes to go out and play with the neighborhood kids. It was the best option as she is too young for a phone. Took it to AT&T and they had trouble setting it up. I was very happy that the watch came with step-by-step instructions. I left the store without being able to call or text opening hours. After a while it just started working. I think it will take some time. Since we had it on day one, some features didn't work. But after a week he just started to work. Also the seller Johnny was very responsive and helpful. He replied immediately, I was very impressed. I am very happy with my purchase. My daughter can call me, send me a voice message, I can see her location. When we went to the store I also got a notification that she had left the area. thought it was pretty cool. Another thing is that I can call her without knowing what's going on around her. It was another cool thing. The speaker is good and clear. My daughter really liked the flashlight, quite bright. The watch lasted all day. But yes, the $10 a month you have to pay to your carrier is worth it when it comes to your child's safety. Very happy with my purchase.
