I use them to cool my forearms and elbows and also to chill wine. They are very cold and help keep everything nice and cool. Reliable purchase. However, to comment on other people's posts - I wouldn't expect these sleeves to "cold" and keep a bottle of wine at room temperature. there for a very long time. They are not full of magic. I expect to pick up a bottle of cold wine on the way to a picnic and it will stay cold for hours. That's a reasonable request for a non-magical wine wrapper. When I use them on my forearms and elbows, they stay cold for about 30 minutes, and my body temperature is typically 98.6 degrees, like most non-magical people.
