Review on DVR SilverStone F1 CityScanner, black-gray by Stanislaw Stanislaw ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.

Led to advertising Zenkevich. I thought Uncle Vanya would not advise garbage. The fun began almost immediately - on the 3rd day after installation, the registrar simply stopped turning on without declaring war. A couple of times there were attempts to revive, but sluggish and uncertain. I'm taking it in for repairs under warranty. Repaired for a long time, eventually fixed (they did not change to a new one). After that, it didn’t turn on a couple of times, but it was decided by removing and installing it from the mount and a kind unswearing word. Today, 3 months after the end of the warranty, he again went into unconsciousness and shows no signs of life. Do you need these dances with a tambourine - decide for yourself.

Pros
  • The main advantage of the DVR is that it will never come in handy. I have just this case (ugh x 3) Pretty big screen The recording quality is certainly not an iPhone 14 pro, but decent for the money. Anti-radar, working on its own base of cameras (regularly ated) in conjunction with gps Flexible settings. Their number is even excessive for the average user. Ability to connect a second camera. Gesture control - screen on/off and silent mode Possibility to buy wiring for concealed installation (read directly to the car's network without a cigarette lighter)
Cons
  • It is impossible to save the video to the phone without a computer. Or it is done so unintuitively that few people will delve into it. The built-in battery (or rather just a capacitor) allows you to simply turn off the device correctly when the ignition is turned off, there is no question of any autonomous operation. Connect your phone, look for the right video and show it to your traffic cop. Lacks at least a simple, but touch screen. Managing a bunch of settings with 4 buttons is a pain. The size and color is still an amateur. 2023 is in the yard, they could do something smaller than a cigarette pack.
