I have a size 33x12.50 tire and this boot should match that size. However, I think I could probably get it at 35 inches and it could even stay at 35 inches. The surrounding part of the lid is smooth and flat. It doesn't wrap around the tire at all. There is a drawstring closure that can only be pulled about 4 inches so the case doesn't attach to the hoop at all. By pulling the rope as tight as I could I was able to easily remove the cap from my hoop. Send back!
