The integration of different platforms to be able to track their items in real time from anywhere in the world. This has helped us reduce internal errors by knowing where our staff have been working at all times so far. Sometimes it can take a while before you receive notifications of shipments when tracking them through this platform. It would help if they could improve or upgrade the system a bit more since sometimes we do not know exactly what shipment we're waiting on until a specific date comes up. We've managed to solve problems such as stock outs which were previously unknown and hard to predict.
